Before your appointment

• A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• There is a 10 minute grace period for lateness. After 10 minutes, a late fee of $15 will be applied to your remaining balance. Clients running more than 20 minutes late will risk a cancelled/rescheduled appt.

• No-call no-show clients (clients that don’t show up and don’t say why) will be charged 50% of their remaining balance.

• I recommend a good cleansing wash and restorative deep condition 1-2 days before getting your hair braided. If you cannot find the time or energy to do this yourself, I got you! These services are available as add-ons.

• Please come with your hair as detangled and blown out as you can get it. If I see that you tried, there will not be an additional charge if I have to run the blowdryer through it a bit :)

• Hair is included for all styles EXCEPT crochet styles.

During your appointment

• Wear something you would be comfortable taking pictures in.

• Feel free to bring snacks and other distractions if music bores you (headphones, books, work etc.)

• This appointment is for you, so please limit additional guests.

• Plan your time accordingly so that you can have a stress free appt.
